FDR and Hitler are sitting in a local bar. The owner walks over and says, "Hey, what are you two talking about?"

So, FDR says, "I'm trying to get Adolf to realize the cruelty of his laws."

Hitler says, "And I'm trying to get him to join the Nazis."

"Why, Hitler?" asks the owner

"Because he has a great understanding of how to get over disabilities."

"And why is this important?"

"All of my officers have disabled brains."
